1. This is unfortunate that Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh as well as High Court Bar Association, Allahabad have extended their call for abstention from judicial work which is continuing for 9 to 10 days, therefore, the advocates are not appearing before this Court. This is hampering the due process of administration of justice.
2. I have perused the contents of this writ petition with assistance of Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State and prayer made in this writ petition for expeditious disposal of restoration application dated 16.09.2000 in Revision No. 106/2012 (State vs. Gyanendra and others) pending before respondent no.2 is considered and allowed.
3. In view of above prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Authority concerned to decide above referred restoration application expeditiously, after taking note of Full Bench judgment of this Court in Smt. Shivraji and others vs. D.D.C., Allahabad and others, 1997 SCC Online All 505 : (1997) 88 RD 562.
