1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Ms. Ishita Sand, holding brief of Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

2. When the petitioner's land bearing Plot Nos. 481 measuring 1.406 hectare was acquired and she was given compensation, she prayed for an additional 6% of developed land in pursuance of the decision of Greater Noida Authority dated 18th February, 2006. In this regard, the petitioner has also represented on 27.02.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that 6% developed land in pursuance of the aforesaid decision of Greater Noida Authority, is not being given to petitioner. He places reliance on the judgement of Supreme Court in Ramesh Chandra Sharma & others vs. State of U.P. & others; 2023 SCC OnLine SC 162.

4. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 states that the claim will be decided by respondent no.4

Under the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 4 would consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2023 in accordance with the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Ramesh Chandra Sharma (supra) expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
