Case :- CIVIL MISC REVIEW APPLICATION No. - 123 of 2023

Applicant :- Ram Sagar Chaurasiya

Opposite Party :- Dheeraj Shukla And Others

Counsel for Applicant :- Dilip Kumar Pandey

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.

Heard.

This is the review application preferred under Chapter V Rule XII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 against the judgment and order dated 25.09.2023 passed by this Court.

The only ground taken in the review application is to the effect that the restoration application to restore the second appeal is pending before this Court.

The pendency of the application for restoration would not make any difference as the second appeal has not been restored to its original number and as per statement of learned counsel for the review applicant, in the petition it was specifically indicated that the second appeal was dismissed and as such, this Court is of the view that there is no error on face of record in the order dated 25.09.2023.

Accordingly, the review application is dismissed.

Order Date :- 19.10.2023
