1. Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellants. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State is present.

2. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 04.03.1983 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad in Session Trial No. 407 of 1981.

3. As per the office report dated 03.10.2023, a report of C.J.M. Farrukhabad dated 30.09.2023 has been received stating therein that the appellants, namely, Dafedar, Ram Chandra and Karua alias Karru have died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

4. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellants have died.

5. In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

6. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
