1. The present revision has been filed inter-alia with the following prayer:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this Revision and set aside the judgment and order dated 20.02.2023 passed by court below in S.C.C. No. 26 of 2019 of Misc. Case No. 78 of 2022, otherwise the revisionist shall suffer great loss and injury."

2. It is admitted by the counsel for the parties that due to subsequent development the present revision has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
