1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 3, and Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2.

2. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in a bunch of petitions of which leading being Writ-C No.4953 of 2023 in re: Committee Of Management Jai Prakash Charitable Trust Thru. Admin Shri Rakesh Bahadur Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 22.09.2023.

3. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners of the instant petition would also be entitled to the benefit of the judgment passed in the case of Committee Of Management Jai Prakash Charitable Trust (supra).
