There is consensus at the bar that this matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in a Bunch of writ petitions leading Writ C No.4953 of 2023 in re: Committee of Management Jai Prakash Charitable Trust Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others decided on 22.09.2023.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

It is provided that the petitioners shall be entitled to the benefit of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ C No.4953 of 2023 in re: Committee of Management Jai Prakash Charitable Trust Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others decided on 22.09.2023.
