1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.1, 3 and 6, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 4, and Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned counsel for respondents no.5 and 7.
2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.
3. There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No.6908 of 2023 in re: Mandakani Gupta vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 20.09.2023, a copy of which has been filed as part of Annexure-4 to the writ petition.
4. Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case ofMandakani Gupta (supra).
5. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment ofMandakani Gupta (supra).
6. Let the respondents comply with the order within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
