3. This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Umesh Chandra Srivastava, J. (as he was then) vide order dated 28.03.2017 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 24438 of 2016 (Mukarram Gada Vs. State of U.P.).

4. Learned counsel for the State states that the trial in the present matter has concluded. He has placed paragraph no. 3 of the short counter affidavit dated 10.04.2023 which is already on record. Copy of the judgment of the trial court has been placed before the Court which is annexure SCA-1 to the short counter affidavit.

5. In view of the same, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
