3. Learned counsel for the State states that the trial in the present matter has concluded. He has placed paragraph no. 5 of the affidavit of compliance dated 25.05.2023 which is already on record. Copy of the judgment of the trial court has been placed before the Court which is annexure 1 to the said affidavit.
4. In view of the same, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
