Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the recall of the additional chance given to the LL.B. students of the University has been upheld by this Court in judgments rendered on 11.10.2022 in Writ-C No. 27721 of 2022 (Radhika Mishra Vs State of U.P. and 3 others) and in Special Appeal Defective No. 118 of 2023 (Radhika Mishra Vs State of U.P. and 3 others) rendered on 26.04.2023. The case is covered by these two judgments.

Sri Sai Girdhar, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of Bar Council of India and submits that Bar Council of India has nothing to say in the matter.
