Heard Shri Abhay Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms Nidhi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

Sri Abhay Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with and the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
