Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners by the instant writ petition seeks the following relief:-

"Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Millwright-SS on the basis of the result declared by the respondent department."

It is not being disputed by the respective counsel for the parties that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the decision rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in The U.O.I. Thru Secretary M.O.D. New Delhi And Another versus Central Administrative Tribunal Allahabad and Another, 2023 (2) All. LJ 134.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforenoted judgment.
