Shri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist and Shri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

Present criminal revision has been preferred to set aside the order dated 4.3.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly by which the application of the opposite party No. 2 under Section 127, Cr.P.C. has been rejected and the application of opposite party No. 3 has been allowed.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the impugned order has been passed without considering the facts and circumstances of the case.

After perusal of the judgment, it appears that the revisionist had not produced any document with regard to bigamy by the opposite party No. 2. It is further observed that the revisionist has stated about the bigamy on the basis of the information received from the other persons.

The revision is dismissed at the stage of admission.
