This application seeking impleadment of one Abhishek son of Ram Kishun Yadav as party respondent in the writ petition has been filed on 23.04.2023 and is before this Court for orders to be passed thereon.

The records of the writ petition reveal that judgment has already been reserved in the aforesaid writ petition on 12.04.2023.

In such view of the matter the Court is of the opinion that the present application seeking impleadment after the judgement has been reserved is not maintainable and the same is accordingly, rejected.
