Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

By means of this application, applicant has prayed for a direction upon the courts below to accept the personal bond of the applicant and two bonds of sureties in one case and same shall be treated to be good for all six criminal cases and further be pleased to fix reasonable amount of personal bond and bonds of two sureties during the pendency of the present application.

The present application has been filed alleging that the applicant is a poor person and could not arrange separate sureties and bonds in all the cases registered against him. He further submits that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail in all the cases.

The Counsel for the applicant applicant prays that a direction may be issued to consider his case in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs The State of Uttar Pradesh - Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) Nos.8914-8915/2018, decided on 29.10.2018.

Considering the submission of the Counsel for the applicant, the present application is disposed off permitting the applicant to furnish and execute personal bond of Rs.10,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned which shall hold good in all the aforementioned cases in the light of the law laid down in the case of Hari Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky (supra).
