Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Baberu, District-Banda to make Amaldaramad of the name of petitioners in the revenue records within stipulated period in Appeal No.13/21 of 1984-85 in pursuance of judgment and order dated 10.11.2013 and order dated 10.12.2013 (Parwana Amaldaramad) passed by Commissioner Jhansi Division, Jhansi."

The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction upon respondent no.3 to carry out necessary endorsement in the revenue records pursuant to the judgment dated 10.12.2013 passed by Commissioner, Jhansi Division Jhansi.

As the matter is old one, with the consent of the parties, the same is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.3-Tehsildar Baberu, District Band to carry out the necessary endorsement in the revenue records pursuant to judgment and order dated 10.12.2013, if there is no legal impediment, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
