Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Hemant Kumar Pandey, learned State counsel representing the respondent No. 1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Malihabad, District Lucknow.

The present petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:-

"(i) Issue order or direction thereby quashing the proceeding pending before opposite party no.1 vide case no. 3310/2022 computer no. T202210460103310 U/S 209(h) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 case styled as Saty Dev Sing vs Shiv Shankar Singh in the interest of justice."

It is apparent from the above quoted relief that the petitioners want the proceedings to be quashed/set-aside, which are pending before the respondent No. 1. Further, the above quoted relief has been sought on certain provisions, as appears from the pleadings and Annexure No. 8 to this petition, which is a copy of U.P. Revenue Court Manual (Amendment) Regulations, 2016.

In view of aforesaid as also taking note of the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the judgment passed in the case of Jacky vs. Tiny reported in (2014) 6 SCC 508, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
