Heard learned counsel for appellants and learned A.G.A. for State.
This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 16.12.2022 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act Additional District and Session Judge, Lalitpur in S.S.T. No. 02 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No. 523 of 2012 under Section 323/34, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) (X) of SC/ST Act at Police Station Narahat District Lalitpur, whereby the learned court below convicted the appellants under Section 323 read with 34 of I.P.C. and are sentenced to rigorous imprisonment of 1 year, convicted under Section 504 of I.P.C. and is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment of 1 year, convicted under Section 505 of I.P.C.and is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment of 2 years, and also appellants are convicted under Section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment of 3 years and fine of Rs. 3,000/- each and in case of default of deposition of fine he will undergo 1 month additional imprisonment.
Learned counsel for appellants submitted that appellants were on bail during trial and had not misused the liberty.
Appellant is also on interim bail till filing of this appeal.

The sentence of the appellant is suspended subject to deposit entire amount imposed as fine within one week.
Till then, interim bail of appellant is extended.
