The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 13.3.1986 passed in S.T. No. 275 of 1985.

As per the office report dated 27.1.2023, a report of C.J.M., Etah dated 29.10.2021 has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Mangoo Lal has died around 30 years back. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Mangoo Lal has died around 30 years back.

In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

File consigned to records.

Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks.
