The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 21.9.1984 passed in S.T. No. 88 of 1984.

As per the office report dated 14.2.2023, a report of C.J.M., Etawah dated 24.1.2022 has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Ram Prakash has died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Ram Prakash has died.

In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

File consigned to records.

Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks.
