Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents.

Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:-

"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to regularize the services of the petitioner (considering 28 years long length service) in the light of the order dated 19.04.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in writ petition no. 24603 of 2018 which has been further approved/affirmed by the judgment and order dated 02.07.2019 in Special Appeal (D) 586 of 2019 and further affirmed by the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition No. (C) 21473 of 2019 (Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill Limited, Ghosi, District-Mau Versus Anil Kumar Gupta and others."

Learned standing counsel submitted that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before respondent authorities. He further submitted that in case any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided at the earliest, for which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move fresh representation along with certified copy of this order before respondent authorities within two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, respondent authorities are directed to decide the same in accordance with law maximum within a period of two months thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits. It is upon respondent authorities to pass order after considering the relevant Rules as well as facts of the case.
