This is an application seeking correction in order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court.

Heard Sri Neeraj Singh, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that due to inadvertent typing error, the date of impugned judgment and order dated 28/30.06.2023 has wrongly been mentioned as 28/30.06.2022 in the memo of appeal. As such, he prays that he may be permitted to correct the same.

Learned A.G.A.-I for the State has no objection.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in the memo of appeal as well as in the prayer clause during the course of the day.

Learned counsel for the appellants further submits that due to the aforesaid mistake, in the first page of order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court, the date of judgment and order dated 28/30.06.2023 has also been wrongly transcribed as 28/30.06.2022, accordingly, the same may also be corrected.

In view of above, in the first page of order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court, the judgment and order dated "28/30.06.2022" be read as "28/30.06.2023" in future.

With the aforesaid, the correction application stands allowed.
