Heard.
This application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 16.09.2022 passed in Writ-A No.3994 of 2022. The writ petition was disposed of in terms of the order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Writ-A No.3068 of 2022. The said writ petition was disposed of providing therein that if any scheme is formulated by the State of U.P., if at all, then the claim of the petitioners shall also be considered accordingly in terms thereof keeping in mind the aforesaid judgment.
On a query being put as to whether any scheme has been formulated and the applicants are covered under the said scheme or not, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not having any knowledge about the formulation of any scheme therefore the wilful and disobedience to the order passed by the writ court is not made out therefore the contempt application is misconceived.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh in case any scheme is formulated and the applicants are covered under the scheme.
Dismissed accordingly as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
