Petitioner before this Court is an Assistant Teacher working in Narhari Baba Inter College, Karn Chhapra, Ballia.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to pay the arrears of salary w.e.f. July 1995 to December, 2008 in terms of judgment of this Court dated 13.01.2017 rendered in Writ Petition No. 26307 of 2010, Dhruv Narain Singh vs. State of U.P. and others.

As the petitioner is still working and is claiming his arrears of salary, it would be appropriate that petitioner prefers a representation disclosing entire facts before respondent no. 3 within 15 days from today. In case, representation is moved, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 3 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months in the light of the judgment of this Court in case of Dhruv Narain (supra).

Writ petition stands disposed of.
