Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents.

This case was heard on 16.01.2023 and the Court passed the following order:

"Heard learned counsel for parties.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that vide impugned order dated 30.12.2013, services of petitioner and two other employees namely Satish Kumar Singh and Marachhu Singh have been terminated. Against the said impugned order, they have filed writ petitions, out of which, Writ-A No. 29568 of 2014 filed by Marachhu Singh has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2020, therefore, this petition may also be allowed on same terms.

Learned standing counsel prays for and is granted one week time to verify the aforesaid facts and provide assistance.

List on the date fixed in the connected matter. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgment and order of this Court dated 24.02.2020 in Writ A No. 29568 of 2014, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.

The contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by learned standing counsel and he fairly conceded that the matter is squarely covered with the judgment and order of this Court dated 24.02.2020 in Writ A No. 29568 of 2014.

Under such facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 30.12.2013 is hereby quashed and petition is allowed in terms of order dated 24.02.2020 passed in Writ A No. 29568 of 2014. However, it is open to respondent to proceed against petitioner in accordance with law.
