Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application has been filed alleging that the applicant is a poor person and could not arrange separate sureties and bonds in all the cases registered against him. He further submits that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail in all the cases.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays that a direction may be issued to consider his case in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) Nos. 8914-8915/2018, decided on 29.10.2018.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is disposed of permitting the applicant to furnish and execute personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned which shall hold good in all the cases in the light of the law laid down in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky (supra).
