Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for state- respondents and Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in Writ A No. 17399 of 2019 (Usha Rani vs. State of U.P. and 6 others), which was allowed vide orders dated 7.11.2019, therefore, this petition may also be allowed on the same terms and conditions.
The contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by learned counsel for the respondents and he fairly conceded that the matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in the case of Usha Rani (Supra).
Under such facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 7.11.2019 in Writ A No. 17399 of 2019
