The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 20.3.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.27423 of 1999 and order dated 28.8.2010 passed in Special Appeal No. 276 of 2006.
From perusal of the record, it is clear that either the order of this court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest to proceed with the matter.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt is dismissed with liberty to file application for recall of this order within two months in case matter still survives if such an application is filed it need not be accompanied by any affidavit.
