As the entire exercise of election has been put to halt on account of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 27.12.2022 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.878 of 2022 and the order of the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).128 of 2023, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
The challenge to the inspection report and the shifting of the polling booth station is, thus, rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
