At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of first informant submits that during pendency of this bail application, applicant has been convicted and sentenced vide judgment and order dated 29.11.2022 of the trial Court and copy of the said judgment has been produced before the Court.
In view of the above, this instance application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
