This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased:
(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the record of the case and set aside the judgment, order dated 10.02.2022 passed by The Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad in Original Application No. 111 of 2022, Pervej Alam and others Vs Union of India and others (filed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition]."
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 15.12.2022, passed in WRIT - A No. - 14527 of 2022 (Union Of India and 3 Others Vs. Shiv Balak And 2 Others), therefore, in the light of the said judgment, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of the judgment rendered in Union Of India and 3 Others Vs. Shiv Balak And 2 Others (supra).
