Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and the learned Standing Counsel are present.

This Review Application has been filed beyond limitation by 1802 days.

In the Review Application the applicant has sought review of the judgment dated 23.11.2016 passed in F.A. No.767 of 2012.

In paragraph 3 of the Delay Condonation Application, the applicant has stated that he had filed SLP No.10659 of 2018 which was dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court as withdrawn by order dated 14.12.2018.

In paragraph 4 of the affidavit accompanying the Delay Condonation Application, the applicant has stated that he was not aware of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court whereas paragraph 3 of the affidavit reveals that SLP was dismissed as withdrawn on instructions of the applicant.

The present Review Application has been filed on or after 26.11.2021. No acceptable explanation has been offered for condonation of delay of 1802 days.

In view of the aforesaid, the Delay Condonation Application is rejected. Consequently, the Review Application also stands dismissed.
