Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"i- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 Up Zila Adhikari Salempur, District Deoria to decide the application dated 101.10.2020 of the petitioner with respect to compliance of the judgment and order dated 22.11.2019 passed in the suit No. T-201805200204899, Smt. Saraswati Devi vs. Hari Om and others under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 of village Pipra Ramdhar Tappa Mael Pargana and Tehsil Salempur District Deoria."
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel states the petitioner has alternative remedy for her grievance and the petition is not maintainable before this Court.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for demarcation of her share as defined in the proceedings finalized by the Competent Authority under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
