Sri Smriti Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, submits that issue of petitioner is similarly situated as decided in a judgment passed by this Court in case of Usha Rani vs. State of U.P. and others, Writ A No. 17399 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019 which has been affirmed by Supreme Court.
Sri Shyam Krishna Gupta, learned counsel for respondents has not been able to contradict above submissions.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner is similarly situated to case of Usha Rani (supra), she may also entitle for similar relief granted in the case (supra), affirmed by Supreme Court, if legally permissible.
