The present petition has been filed primarily seeking to challenge the order dated 21.09.2022 in terms of which the appeal filed by the petitioner, under Section 331 (3) of U. P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 against the judgment passed in proceedings under Section 229-B of the Act, was dismissed.
Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents points out that the order impugned would be subject to a further statutory remedy and in view thereof this petition would not be entertainable.
Sri Vaishno Poojan Yadav holding brief of Sri Durga Charan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid legal position.
Accordingly, learned counsel states that he does not wish to press the petition and the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
