1. Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

3. The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 8.11.2000 passed by Ist A.D.J./Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Crl. Appeal No.74 of 1995 and against the judgment and order dated 23.11.1995 passed by A.C.J.M., II Azamgarh.

4. As per the office report dated 16.12.2023, a report of C.J.M., Azamgarh dated 20.11.2023 has been received stating therein that the revisionist Bal Mukund has died seven years back. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

5. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died.

6. In view of the above, the revision stands abated.

7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
