1. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Consolidation Officer, Mathura, respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Restoration/Recall Application filed in Case No.66 of 2015-16, (Mool Chand Vs. Balbeer and others) under Section 9A (2) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, Village-Madhuri Kund, Pargana and Tehsil-Mathura-District-Mathura be decided expeditiously.

2. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Consolidation Officer, Mathura, respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration/recall application expeditiously within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt. Shivraji & Ors. Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Allahabad & Ors, (1997) 88 RD 562.
