On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want to press the present criminal revision and therefore, the same be dismissed as not pressed along with delay condonation application with liberty to file a proper revision along with delay condonation application.

Prayer so made is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.

The instant revision along with delay condonation application is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.

Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
