1. Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri L.P. Mishra along with Sri Shashank Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party and Sri S.P.Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. In the wake of legal objection raised by learned counsel for the opposite parties, the revisionist seeks to withdraw this criminal revision. As the instant revision is yet to be admitted, therefore, there is no obstacle in withdrawing the same.

3. Hence, prayer is allowed. The criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to file appropriate proceedings.

4. Let certified copy of the judgment be returned to the revisionist after obtaining photocopy of the same.
