1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Prashant Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.

2. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

"(i) A order or direction and set aside impugned orders dated 27.9.2022 and 7.4.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaunpur and the District Judge, Jaunpur (Annexure no. 11 and 14) respectively to the present petition."

3. It appears that by the order dated 27.9.2022, the application Paper No.66(Ga) filed by the defendant-respondent No.3 was dismissed. The order was passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jaunpur in Original Suit No.207 of 2020 (Sangeeta Devi Vs. Pramod and others). The Civil Revision No.105 of 2022 that was filed by the petitioner in the court of the District Judge, Jaunpur also came to be dismissed by the judgment and order dated 7.4.2023.

4. Shri Lakshmi Kant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press this petition.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

6. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
