Learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. are present.

The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act has been filed against the judgment and order dated 15.04.2023 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act/Additional Session Judge, Court No.2, Bhadohi in S.T. No. 44 of 2021 (Chhavi Raj Singh Versus Dular Singh and another), under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (d) (dh) SC/ST Act, Police Station Chauri, District Bhaohi.

In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court.

The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773 .
