Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material brought on record.

Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct as fresh practical examinations for 2018 batch through an independent examiners of some other university as is provided under Rule 13(4) of the Regulations.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to declare/publish the results of the petitioners for the practical examinations for 2018 batch as fresh."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the identical issue is engaging the attention of this Court in Writ C No. 3842 of 2023 (Harshita Yadav and 56 others Versus State of U.P. through Secretary Medical Education, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow and 4 others) which was decided by this Court on 08.08.2023.

Considering the fact that the present case is squarely covered by the said judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ C No. 3842 of 2023, the present writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and conditions as directed in the aforesaid judgment. The said order shall enure to the benefits of the petitioners.
