1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Commanding the Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the case/representation dated 28.10.2021 of the petitioner in the light of judgment and order dated 14.09.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal No. 274/2020 "Amit Shekhar Bhardwaj Vs. State of U.P. and others", contained as Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition.

2. It is argued by the petitioner that he has already filed a representation, which is pending consideration.

3. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.3, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation.

4. This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Ran Vijay Singh and Shri Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel(s) for the respondents.
