1. Heard Shri Neeraj Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment and order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 9773 of 2023 (Sakshi And 77 Others vs State Of U.P. And 32 Others) along with connected writ petitions.

3. Considering the material placed before this Court, I find that the petitioner is entitled for the same benefits, which were conferred upon the petitioners of Writ C No. 9773 of 2023 and other connected matters.

4. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of in terms of judgment and order of this Court dated 06.07.2023 passed in Writ C No. 9773 of 2023 (Sakshi And 77 Others vs State Of U.P. And 32 Others) along with connected writ petitions, with a direction that respondents shall accord benefits to the petitioner as accommodated to the petitioners of the said matters.
