1. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur, respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Restoration Application dated 25.11.2022 filed by the petitioner in Revision No.1751+162 (Chandra Bahadur Vs. Saroja and Others) in respect of Village Khajura, Post Office-Gulalpur, Pargana, Anguli,Tehsil-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur.

2. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur, respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration application expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt. Shivraji & Ors. Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Allahabad & Ors, (1997) 88 RD 562.
