1. Heard Sri Amaresh Sinha, learned counsel for the appellant. None appears for the respondent.

2. This appeal, at the behest of the United India Insurance Company Ltd. challenges the judgment and award dated 22.07.1994 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(VIth Additional District Judge), Bareilly in M.A.C.T No. 325 of 1990 whereby the Court below had awarded a meager amount of compensation.

3. While going through the record, the main challenge is to the compensation awarded.

4. While going through the award even if amount is recalculated, the amount may be the same as no amount for future loss of income is granted.

5. In that view of the matter, looking to the meagerness of amount, this appeal is dismissed.

6. Record be sent back to the tribunal.

7. The amount kept in fixed deposit be released by M.A.C.T, Bareilly.

8. This Court is Thankful to Sri Amaresh Sinha, assisted by Anubhav Sinha, learned counsel for the appellant for ably assisting this Court.
