Heard Shri Pramod Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2. Notice on behalf of respondent no.3 has been accepted by Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, Advocate.

The innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is for disposal of the application dated 06.03.2021 filed by the petitioner for recording his name in the revenue records in pursuance of the judgment and order dated 16.07.1992, which is pending before the opposite party no.2. To which there is no objection by learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of above, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner expeditiously say within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
