1. List revised. No one appears for the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present appeal under section 374(2) Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 11.10.2006 passed by Upper Session Judge (Fast Track) Court No. 1, in S.T. No. 418 of 1998.

3. As per the office report dated 24.07.2023 a report of CJM concerned dated 13.07.2023 has been received stating therein that both the appellants have died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

4. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellants have died.

5. In view of the same, the appeal stands abated.

6. File consigned to records.

7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks.
