Order on Civil Misc. (Correction) Application No. 7 of 2023

1. Learned counsel for the applicants has pressed the application for correction seeking correction in Court's order dated 27.03.2023, to the effect that para 4 of the order has been transcribed incorrectly and prays that same may be deleted from the order.

2. Perused the Court's order dated 27.03.2023 as well as correction application.

3. From the perusal of record it reveals that order dated 27.03.2023, was passed on Civil Misc. Application No. 6 of 2023, whereby the Court had directed personal presence of respondent no. 4 alongwith minor child. Though final judgment has already been pronounced, it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that personal presence was directed by the Court and no statement to this effect was given by learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4.

3. Correction application seeking correction in Court's order dated 27.03.2023, is allowed.

4. Para no. 4 stands deleted from the order dated 27.03.2023. Same no longer forms part of the said order.

5. Court's order dated 27.03.2023, stands corrected as above.
